If you do so, you need to make kernel mode driver and also calling
DeviceIoControl as the same as DebugView.
In the kernel mode, driver needs capture some what debug event like
OUT_PUT_DEBUG_STRING_EVENT in user mode.

that typically grab the IDT entry associated with these messages.
