HKR, “Parameters\Device”, “NumberofRequests”, %REG_DWORD%, 128
is what I use to set the maximum number of requests that can be queued to my
HBA as 128. This line is from my inf file.

Download the driver file for Win XP for a QLogic Fibre Channel driver.
Unless there is a KB article, the readme in QLogics driver files is the only
place I have seen MaximumSGList, etc. defined.
