Thanks for the reply . Just now I found the mistake . I am using XP DDk ,
and the flag is set to W2K instead of XPW2K. So it was using setenv.bat
instead of set2k.bat file .
I think there is a problem with ddkbuild in Release version. The parameter
is changed to “fre” instead of “free” . After I corrected that variable in
ddkbuild.bat file , then everything is ok.

That’s surprising, particularly as DDKBUILD is supposed to be a shell
for build. What differences do you see? Is it possible, for example,
that you’re running DDKBUILD in a checked environment and the ordinary
build in a free environment?
