Can you see “made aware” stuff in there? I can all the time say that I
was not aware of that. And you can send me emails, post to my forum
and I can say that on my mailing server i drop all emails from
unrecognized email addresses, that I don’t read the forum and you
will have to prove, that I read these, that I was aware of this. And
I can assure you, you won’t prove that.

It is your word against Branten’s. You’re vilifying Branten and I can
say, that Jamey Kirbey made it up, that he falsified the “record”
(it’s emails? heh, no proof) and then what? For me you, Branten and
Kirbey have the same moral credit - I don’t know any of you, so I
can’t judge who stole something from another one. Moreover, I don’t
care. What have we lawsuits for??

Nice. Why are you trying to convince anyone around you apart from the
one, who can do the legal steps? If you don’t have enough money to sue
him, borrow some, do anything you want, but don’t bother with it here.

More importantly, why are you trying to convince me? I don’t care,
I don’t want to read about this on mailing list about NT driver
development, I signed to this list to read about NT driver development
(the name says it clearly, right?) not about legal cases covering
licenses, put it somewhere else.

This is total OT, can please the list manager do something about it?

Best regards,
Ivona Prenosilova

Sorry, if you want to be a thief so be it. I don’t deal with scum.

Don , with all do respect:

You use too strong words, Basically you imply that Ivona is scum and she is becoming thief. I find your behaviour insulting , though is not really like me to defend Ivona, I and she had our share of disagrements, and she post sometimes whithout thinking. But here, like in the places in which you acuse ppl that are authors of malware because what question do they ask, and promote the ideea that intewrnals can be used only for
doing only shitty things is plain wrong.

It constantly reminds me the attitude or a proeminent NT book writter which bashed to death on a list somone which asked something about Cr0 register or something similar, “because it could be a terrorist”. How lame. The guy couldnt even thinkthat Intel has freely downloadable manuals about their CPUs.

Note that I do not discuss your claims against Branten, I cant care less about it, you might have proof or not, I dont care. But you also, time and again, whithout proof , acuse ppl to be malware writters, or virus writers, or rootking writters. Which you should not do.

Dan

Dan,

This is my final post on this subject period. I’m sorry you feel this
way, but Ivona has suggested in her emails how to lie and otherwise cover-up
knowledge so to steal. In many places in the world this is almost as bad as
stealing. The fact that in the same email that she implies she could do
this she implies I am the same, makes me rather annoyed. Some of us do not
like being called a liar, and feel the people who call us such are scum.

On you comments on malware writers, as far as I know I have only done
this after I or others have reasonably asked what their final goal was. If
someone moves next door to you and asks you for help in mixing up a lot of
explosives, you probably would ask what they are doing and maybe call the
police. I don’t know of any police force I can call for a potential virus
writer, but I sure can not to help them, and suggest the same to others.

This discussion is over for me.
