Best thing to do is get (and read) a copy of Walter Oney’s book:
Programming the Microsoft Windows Driver Model
This book is very complete and is very readable (if it is possibel to
use that word for anything to do with WDM driver programming). Given
the difficult nature of the subject, it is a wonderful resource.
