or “notepad”, you must search the archives first, which
will allow you to do so. This will decrease number
of questions here by about 90%.

Well that still does not answer my questions, so I suspect you are using an
illegal copy of FileMon. As has been pointed out too many times, the
problems of encrypt and decrypt have been discussed extensively on this
list. You should be able to get your answers from the archives, of course
if you had looked there first you would not have mentioned FileMon.
