Hi,
When I use the command !object to view object,I find a string (old version) ,as follows,
kd> !object e1011490
Object: e1011490 Type: (865b08a0) Key
ObjectHeader: e1011478 (old version)
Could someone explain to me what (old version) means?
Best,
Matt

Different operating systems have different internal representations of the object header structure. This isn’t really something that would typically be directly meaningful to you as the extension knows how to deal with it, but it indicates what representation that the extension discovered was in use based on the OS in use.
