Dear Folks,
I have gone through WDK documentation, MS site and three articles on
osronline web site and have a query.
WDK documentation says
To comply with PnP device installation requirements for 32-bit versions
of Windows Vista, you can use either an SPC or a commercial release
certificate to sign a kernel-mode driver package catalog file.
Is this statement still correct or did some thing change.
Thanking in advance for all responses.

My understanding is:
1.) IF there is a WHQL test for the device class, then only a WHQL signature
will work.
2.) IF there is NOT a WHQL test for the device class, then a SPC will do.
