Q on 77.77.77.77

Hi MicrosoftMan,

You may have read the following message.
In addition, my TDI Client driver is OK on NT4.0.

When I installed w2k-sp1 the behavior is changed.
When I issued TDI_CONNECT to connect to 77.77.77.77
it failed with error status of STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

Is there any MicrosoftMan can tell me whether the TCPIP.sys
included in W2K has some changed behaviors?
