Does someone has complete example of NOT SIGNED protocol driver +
installation ( manual or programming ) for WINDOWS XP ?

Protocol drivers cannot be signed!!!
There is no WHQL test for NDIS protocol drivers, hence no way to sign them.
(Except for Microsoft, who can sign anything…).
