Problem with FltGetFileNameInformation

Hi All,

I am writing a minifilter driver which filters local as well as network drives. I have called FltGetFileNameInformation from pre-create with FLT_FILE_NAME_NORMALIZED and FLT_FILE_NAME_QUERY_DEFAULT. In case of network drives It works fine on all OS except Windows Server 2008 64 Bit SBS with CA (Backup software) installed on it. On such machine after some time network share becomes inaccessible. But it works fine if I use FLT_FILE_NAME_OPENED. Is there any issue?

CA = CA’s ArcServe backup?
If you monitor the network FS using procmon or similar what error does it return? Any errors popup in DebugView?
