Problem installing sfilter

Hi,
I’m trying to install the Sfilter provided by Nagar on my win2k system. I
built it using the win2k environment on the win server 2k3 ddk. However
after i perform all the steps (including regini) and reboot, i get a BSOD.
It seemed like some sort of uncaught exception. Does anybody have an idea
about this ? Is it a well known problem ?

If you’re talking about the sample provided with Nagar’s book (I’ve
never used that sample myself), it’s many years old. You should
experiment with one of the updated samples provided in recent IFS kits.

arent any of the IFS samples availbale online at all ? I’ve tried all kinds
of searches on google but i cant find any samples anywhere !!!

You need to pay $1000 for the IFS kit
(http://www.microsoft.com/ddk/IFSkit/) - it’s absolutely necessary if
you’re doing any kind of commercial FS work on Windows.
