Prevent Add New Hardware dialog

What does it take to prevent the Add New Hardware dialog to appear when installing a driver? I am using SetupDiCreateDeviceInfo. The sys file is signed. I would like to prevent it in order to simplify the installation procedure for the clients.

DPinst or using Windows 7 also work
