I have used Win8 to debug over local ethernet. But is there any way to kernel debug a machine located in a different country?
I don’t know about directly to a foreign IP, but if you VPN into the local
network it should work like normal with terrible latency.

I generally opt for having a local debug system that I can RD into
otherwise as noted the latency sucks.
