Porting WIN 2k to WIn 98 NDIS driver

Hello sir,
First i would like to introduce my self. I am fresh graduate
working in U&I system design ltd which is a bangalore based
compony. I am totally new to this field.
I am porting the WIN 2k NDIS driver in WIN 98. As i refferd the 98
ddk, There has given the reffer to win 2k ddk.But when i searched
the NDIS.h file in 98 and 2k there is a lot of difference is
there.I am not getting the How to start the driver Entry,
In 2k NDIS_MINIPORT_CHARCTERSTICS is used in the driver entry but
this structure is not there in WIN 98.

I found the equivelent structure NDIS_MINIPORT_MAC but certain
fields are differnt.

Shall i use this structure in DriverEntry Routine or some
other.

please help me.

NDIS is to make driver independent of different windows version…so please
check ndis.h will be same for both and there may be different version of
DDK…Hope that may help u.
