Can anyone give me a sensing of the effort and technical challenges involved in porting an existing filter NDIS IM driver for the window XP platform (eg: extending passthru NDIS IM driver) onto a Window CE platform (Pocket PPC 2003)? Thanks.

Not hard, just remove the power management PnP events and say they are not
supported.
