Hi,
I have a question that might be off-topic. If so, could you please accept my
apologies and let me know the right list?
The question: I am designing a PCI board that uses a PCI version 2.1
compatible interface chip. It does not support PCI version 2.2 or beyond.
Could this board, with its driver, pass current Windows hardware testing
requirements (WHQL). If not, is there anything I could do short of using
a different PCI interface chip?
The board works fine under Windows 2k and NT.
If you think it’s off-topic you can respond to me privately.
Thanks,
George
