Hi guys,
This is slightly off topic. But I don’t know of anybody else I can turn
to.
I’m using W2K. I delete the net.exe file from the system folder. After that
I cannot do ‘net send’ for a few seconds. But after that net.exe reappears.
What is going on here. Is this part of the Windows File Protection.

net.exe is being restored by the o.s. itself from the system32\dllcache
folder.
And yep, this is tottally out of topic - now back to work, Kent.
