OFF TOPIC: Anyone near Cannes France

All,

I am going to be in Cannes for the next two weeks at the film festival. Is
anyone on this list in that general area? Maybe we could meet for a glass of
grape and talk shop. My first vacation in almost 10 years and I am looking
for someone to talk shop with; I doubt I will be chatting about kernel
drivers with Bill Murray :slight_smile:

I’ve been to both. Personally, I’d rather go drinking with a Scott any
day, but the Cote d’Azure has better weather. :wink:

About half-way inbetween, I’m in Egham in Surrey, about a stones-through
from London Heathrow airport. Not that I think that Jamey will pass through
Heathrow, but in case anyone stops over for a few hours longer than it takes
to get from gate 17 via customs to gate 42, let me know…

For those with little experience of London and surrounding airports, this is
the west side of London, about 15-20 miles from the city centre. The other
main airport for London is Gatwick, which is south/southwest of London, and
about 50 miles from here, about 30 miles from the town center.
