: [ntdev] Can I alter the driver for an instance of GenDisk Class?

Thank you, Maxim.

Add filters to it, above or below.

The lower filters will filter SCSI CDB requests, BTW.

Subject: [ntdev] Can I alter the driver for an instance of GenDisk Class?

There is a class driver named disk.sys which is for GenDisk class in Windows
2000. Every instance of GenDisk, for example a disk generated by Mass
Storage Media, is driven by Disk.sys.

I wondered if I alter the driver for an instance or not?

For example, I want to change the driver for the disk I mentioned before.
How can I do that?

Thanks a lot.
