I have newly installed NT DDK in my system. When I tried to build
the driver,it was giving errors like nmake.exe failed rd 1., then
build done.
Same code can be built and .sys file can be generated in some
other system.
Is there is any environment variables I have 2 set?

Quite a few. It should be done automatically for you if you open a
checked or free build environment from the start menu.
