I will try to be more specific on my earlier query
In my network redirector when the connection is complete from Network
Provider DLL and redirector and the drive get mounted. Network Provider DLL
issues the NPGetConnection() function which then come in my redirector in
the IOCTL_NULMRX_GETCONN here
PRX_PREFIX_TABLE pRxNetNameTable =
RxContext->RxDeviceObject->pRxNetNameTable;
RxAcquirePrefixTableLockShared(pRxNetNameTable, TRUE);
Container = RxPrefixTableLookupName(pRxNetNameTable, &LookupName,
&RemainingName);
In my LookupName I had my UNC path but I am getting the same in
RemainingName after this call which means that my unc path name is not found
in the prefix as the Container is NULL.
What could be the probable reason for the same do I need to fill the prefix
table else where. I have already done the connection in
IOCTL_NULMRX_ADDCONN. But the connection is done by user mode helper
service.
Is RDBSS is not filling the Prefix table for my UNC path after connection.
Or what could be the reason for not getting my path in Prefix table.
