Network Provider API Ordinals for Win2K?

Can anyone provide me with or point me to the complete list of ordinals for
exported functions for Network Provider API DLL’s (e.g., “NPGetConnection
@12”, etc.) for Win2K. Only a partial list was included in the Win2K IFS
Kit samples.

While I’m on the subject, does anyone know what hooks need to be
implemented to support displaying the property dialog for a network
provider and its network resources? I’ve implemented every function in the
Network Provider API that I have an ordinal for, but the properties dialogs
are not displayed.

Thanks for your (collective) help!

Everything you need is in the MSDN documentation. I was just looking at it
about 2 weeks ago.
