network bandwidth control in the ndis driver?

hi guys,
I only know the ALTQ in *BSD or there are some other projects in Linux.
I want to control/manage/assign the boxes’ bandwidth in my subnet.
But I have no idea how to implement in Windows.
I want to know whether it is possible to implement in NDIS.
Could you give some suggestions?

Thanks!!

Best Regards
Ouyang Kai

Yep, this is possible with NDIS; there was a thread here on this last
week. Look at the passthru sources, and read Thomas Divine’s “extending
passthru” articles on www.wd-3.com, as a start.

You need a complex NDIS IM driver for this.
Or use FreeBSD’s “ipfw pipe add…”.
