Need a patch for HCT 10.0

Hi All,

I want to download the patch for HCT 10.0(hctqfe5.exe
) from the below link
http://www.eu.microsoft.com/hwdq/hwtest/testkits/download.asp

but when i click on this link its giving an error
telling

"Sorry, there is no Microsoft.com web page matching
your request. It is possible you typed the address
incorrectly, or that the page no longer exists. As an
option, you may visit any of the pages below for
information about Microsoft services and products. "

HCT 10.0 is the tool kit to test whether the new
device will pass all the test cases mentioned in the
10.0 tool kit to get windows logo.

I need the patch very urgently…if anyone have the
patch with you pls send it across …or tell me the
link where i can download the exe.Please help me out,
without this exe i’m hanging.

At the bottom of the page there are links to download HCT 10.0, HCT 10.0
QFE 6 (this replaces QFE 5), and HCT 11.0.
