We are two students of University of Milan and we study Science of
Information. We are sorry because we don’t speak english very well but we
hope that which we write you is understandable.
We have written a NDIS Intermediate Driver for Windows 2000
Professional, modifing Passthru sample found in DDK for Windows 2000.
Driver runs good, we hope, but we have some questions: we are able to
intercept all packets (protocols + payload) ) which are outgoing over our
LAN network but we don’t intercept packets which are going to network by
modem or packets in loopback (localhost) for our tests. What can we do for
packets concerning Connection-Oriented Environment? Can we write other
Intermediate driver? Else, can we modify simply our Intermediate driver
filter? We hope we must not write other driver!!! We are waiting for your
suggestions and for very good and numerous examples.
We thank you in advance and we remain yours truly.

Hi there...
These days Am doing same thing.
IM Driver with WAN supporting is too difficult and hard job to me.
During last about three months, I was doing my best according to my
ability.
BUT, that's un-closed job until now. Something solved, other un-solved~
Anyway...
As you know, Passthru sample in win2k DDK is not including NdisWAN
support.
So, I recommend "Windows XP DDK" for you. There is same source
"Passthru".
But that is more documented, more advanced (not perfect), and support
NdisWAN(Not all case). If You just want to solve Dial-up modem then
that helps you.

Hi~ Am really glad to help you for my mail.
And, I can't speak Italian.
First of all, I can't send that to you. I am not sure about DDK
Copyright.
Then, you can buy DDK CD via Microsoft DDK homepage in cheap price. And
subscribe in MSDN. But, I think MSDN is very expensive. So, First way
is more efficient.
I hope this helps you. And excuse my ugly English.
Take care and see you again...
P.S
If you have more advanced solution, Please let me know and help me..
