This may be slightly off topic, but I need help !
I have an Operating Systems MSDN license at home, I buy it myself (not
Compuware). Well, I’m in Microsoft Hell right now because somebody
misspelled my name in the MSDN license - Moreira instead of Moreira - so now
my subscription doesn’t match my passport and I can’t download anything. I
called Microsoft a few times, to no avail.
Does any of you have a suggestion ?
Alberto.

The guy who manages MSDN downloads monitors the usenet group and has been
very helpful in the past. Perhaps you could post your problem there?
Mickey.
Make yourself a Hotmail account with your name spelled incorrectly?

Normally , you can get a passport for the E-mail that you provide with your MSDN subscription. I don’t think getting a passport for
a hotmail account is a good idea. If MSDN allows however more than one passport for the same subscription number and E-mail address
combination, then Alberto could indeed get another passport for the misspelled name.

A year before I used MSDN Subscription services web site to change the
subscription from one user to another(Changed the name, address, …). I
don’t know if you can do that still.
