You need to advertise shading and blending capabilities. In your
GDIINFO, set flShadeBlend to 3 (which is SB_CONST_ALPHA +
SB_PIXEL_ALPHA).
Oddly http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms798469.aspx says
“Display drivers should ignore this member and should leave it set to
zero.” Anyone know why?
