MiniportAdapterContext and ProtocolBindingContext

What is the difference between them ?
If we look NT4.0 IM-driver sample we’ll see, that both of them are PADAPTER
structure…
I’m confused …

The first is the miniport-specific adapter structure.
The second is protocol-specific structure for binding - (protocol, underlying adapter) pair.
Since IM is both a protocol and a miniport - it is OK in IM to have the same structure for both.

Who got the source code of busmasterDMA.c?
I’ve checked the stuff posted here before and found
some messages related to busmasterDMA.c, but
unfortunately I can’t read that attached file.

Thanks in advance.
