Mini Serial port driver for NT/2000

Hello!
Where can I find sample code of mini serial
port driver for NT/2000 ?

I get one from MSDN,but it’s a VXD for 95/98,
I need a sample code,it can be compiled to .sys and
work in NT/2000.

Hello,

The serial driver model is very different in Windows NT/2000, and the serial
drivers are “full-sized” drivers instead of any type of minidrivers.
Luckily, there’s a driver in the DDK (\src\kernel\serial) and also BSQUARE’s
WinDK toolkit has a sample (fulldup).
