Hi
I am trying to make iSCSI driver as WMI compliant .
In my find adapter I am setting the
ConfigInfo->WmiDataProvider = TRUE;
and filling the WmiLibInfo structure also with all the routines.
during boot time in debugger it gives error on HalAllocateCommonBuffer and call Trace shows:-
HalAllocateCommonBuffer
ScsiPortInitialize
WMISuggestInstanceName.
Any info how to give instance Name or any other details will be helpful.
Thanx in Advance.

Looks like you need to give the instance name of the provider like the WDM provider or something like that. Check out the instance name of the WDM provider which is a WMI provider
