The file system stack only sees when a section gets created. That
notification occurs by one of the following methods:
* FAST_IO AcquireForNtCreateSection - for file systems,
* FsFilter callback AcquireForSectionSynchronization - for file systems
or filters, available in Windows XP and later,
* IRP_MJ_ACQUIRE_FOR_SECTION_SYNCHRONIZATION - for filters via the
Filter Manager, available on the platforms where the Filter Manager is
available.

You do not get any notification for NtMapViewOfSection. Depending what
information is queried, when NtQuerySection is called, you may see an
IRP_MJ_QUERY_INFORMATION_FILE operation if the file system must be
queried to return the information being queried about the section (like
the file name).
