We performed a major upgrade of the list server and its associated
infrastructure on 21 October.
As a result, NTDEV, NTFSD, and the other OSR lists were spordically off
the air starting at about 3:20 Eastern (US) time.
If you attempted to post to the list between 15:20 and 21:30 Eastern, it
is possible that your posting was rejected, lost, or otherwise ignored.
Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. Everything appears
to be running smoothly now. Please report any problems to xxxxx@osr.com…
