Linux Kernel Debugger

Hi,

Can anyone tell how to setup kernel debugger in linux.

Athi…

There is no such thing.

The reason is that Linus Torvalds thinks that “real programmers need no debuggers”, “debuggers do the bad job of distracting the programmer from what is going on” - and thus he is reluctant from having a kernel debugger in Linux.

Conclusion: do not work on subdeveloped platforms, there is enough work to do (and enough money to earn) on normal OS.

Lots of people can. If you do a google search using keywords like
linux kernel debugger, or ask in a forum that has some slight
connection with the Linux kernel, you’ll find everything you need.
