'laptop lid close' setting registry entry

hi …
can anyone help me out to find the registry entry for ‘laptop lid close’ settings.
also will i be able to get a notification/register a callback to get to know when the settings are modified by the user.

Write an user mode helper application or service, and use RegisterPowerSettingNotification function instead of going into registry.
