Is MS ever going to officially document the APIs for Kernel Mode APCs?
They were “unofficially” documented, with a disclaimer in the July 1999

This isn’t an answer to your question, but you may find the current issue of Windows Developer’s Journal of interest (Aug. 2001) - the article titled “A device Driver for Win 2K Signals” deals with kernel mode APCs -
