Hi there,
I load my driver(a boot driver) by pressing F6 during the text mode setup
phase of Win2K installation. But my driver being a PnP driver, I need to
jam values in the HKLM/SYSTEM/CCS/Enum tree. The Config section of
txtsetup.oem file only lets me add values under HKLM/SYSTEM/CCS/Services/.
I was able to jam values in the registry by editing the migrate.inf file
that setup had copied to the disk but I am looking for a solution when we
directly boot from the Win2K Setup disk. If I provide an INF file via
txtsetup.oem will it be parsed during text mode setup or will be used only
during GUI mode setup?
I also have a question as to how we can control the start order of the
drivers loaded by pressing F6 (In case I load more than one driver using
F6)?
Thanks
