Is it possible to detect a "drag and drop" of file content (ole?)? If so, is it possible to disable

Hi,
Are there any mechanisms to detect a drop from a “drag and drop”
programmatically? For example, if I highlight some content in wordpad, drag
it and drop it to word, can I capture the drop to word programmatically? If
so, is it possible to disable the drop?
Thank you,
Marc Cruz

Check the Win32 platform SDK; there are hooks for almost everything they
do in Explorer.
