Hi,
When I run intensive IOs on the disk, the nonpaged memory of the “Irp” tag becomes 20M, for example.
I see it using the poolmon utility.
Then I stop the IOs and the poolmon shows ~0M for the “Irp” tag, but the total allocated nonpaged memory is not changed.
After the IOs stop, the total nonpaged memory size is reduced by 4K every 30 seconds.
I think this issue is caused by the Windows Lookaside list managment algorithm. Am I right?
Regards,
Dany
