IPHeader structure's header file

can somebody tell me where (in which header file) is the IPHeader
structure defined in Windows 2000? I am getting a compilation error.
Any help will be appreciated.

Should be in the Microsoft Platform SDK. The Platform SDK also includes
several samples that illustrate using the IP Helper API.
