Intermediate Driver Installer on Win 98

Hi

We are developing an intermediate driver for Win 98 SE/ME.
Currently we are building an installer for the driver. We have started with
the MyNdi sample available in the 98 DDK. The main hurdle is the
unavailability of Visual C v 1.52 IDE. Can anyone tell where the Visual C
1.52 complier is available ? or Is it possible to build the MyNdi.dll
outside the IDE ?

VC++ 1.52 is on DISC 3 (16-bit DDKs) of the January 1998 MSDN Platform
Archive.

It is also available for download on the MSDN subscriber download page.

If you don’t have an MSDN subscription, then you are probably SOL.

XP / ME unified DDK has the required 16bit compiler.
