Installing NTDDK on XP

Is there any way to install the NT4 DDK on XP? On RC1 whenever I run ‘setup.exe’
I get the message:
“Please go to the control panel to install and configure system components”. OK,
semi-annoying, yet when I try and add it from the ‘Add/Remove Programs’ wizard,
I get the same message. Are we just expected to not build nt4 drivers once we
move our dev machines to XP???

Am I missing something here?

Well in case anyone else runs into this problem, I worked around it by
grabbing the entire ddk directory structure off of another machine, and
setting up the environment variables manually… still annoying how XP
blocks the setup like that… I wonder what other programs are out there
that won’t install correctly…
