Installing a driver without restart

How can i unload the exisiting driver from the memory and load a new driver WITHOUT user intervention from an application? Target OS is 2k and the device is pnp.

Look at the devcon example in the DDK. It shows how to install, uninstall, disable, enable, etc device stacks.
