IFS kit for Vista

Greetings,

Is the IFS kit for Vista available yet? I did not see any information at
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/ifskit/default.mspx

The WDK contains the IFS kit, so if you are on the beta for Vista you can
download it. The DDK, HCT’s and IFS are all rolled into one package (WDK)
starting with Vista.

It is available in beta state, as part of the WDK beta. It is not available for
public download, but you can ask for permission to take part in the beta, on the DDK
site.

It is also part of the Vista WDK beta that is available to MSDN
subscribers for download.
