I need to add some custom atributes to a file,
Atributes are a LONG number that have the must significant part to
00000, can anybody can say me if I can write an How?
I need to check my own security using my custom atributes…

The FAT file system will mask out any attribute bits it does not understand,
so you can’t save them there. I suspect NTFS will do the same.
You might consider using Extended Attributes or Streams for this type of
application. These are available on NTFS, but not FAT32.
