You should start with the oemps sample in the DDK. This illustrates a
Pscript rendering plug-in which has a ppd associated with it. You might
also want to refer to Adobe’s PPD spec which you can find on the Adobe
website. The links are below.

What has NT4 pscript sample to do with PPD? Pscript sample in DDK is a
monolithic driver,scratch UP and standalone and is not PPD stuff.
DDK has relevant information, writing PPDs and GPDs gets you straight
down to business without having to know about how the driver works. PPD
related stuff can also be found on adobe sites too.
