Anyone knows, how to TCP Packet capturing in Vista by programming, any
sample or example for packet capturing in vista.
Is it possible to packet capturing or packet filtering in vista.

Look for the WFP (Windows Filtering Platform) samples shipping with the WDK. Note that WFP as a technology is new to Vista and beyond.
