how to successfully stop the usb device in filemon

in filemon 4.3, it doesn’t monitor the removable driver,I modify the
GetDriver() function to include the removable driver,but when to stop
the usb device ,it just says some application using it ,cant stop it now.
using dbgview,I see that when stop the device, it invoke the
FilemonFastIoDetachDevice(), in it ,follow functions execute.
IoDetachDevice( TargetDevice );
IoDeleteDevice( SourceDevice );
I suppose there are no more reference to usb device,why cant’ stop
either.
In the new version,filemon can monitor the usb volum,and can
successfully
stop it ,but without program we can get.

do some friend give me some suggestions,
