i have ifs filter, it need remove reopen file cache?, How should I do?

You need to become familiar with the APIs CcFlushCache and
CcPurgeCacheSection (at least). It’s possible to do what you want to do
from a filter, but not easy. This has been discussed many times before -
search for CcPurgeCacheSection on the ntfsd list archives at
http://www.osr.com/search_main.shtml.
