how to remove a mirror display driver without rebooting?

hi all

i developed a mirror display driver.
as u might now, mirror drivers cannot be uninstalled without a re-boot.

even so, i wish to removie the driver without having to reboot the computer.

in osr’s site;
http://www.osr.com/ddk/graphics/dpyddi_57af.htm

there is a mention of a newdisp.exe,
that allows just this!
however, i could not find this exe anywhere!!!

can someone please tell me how i may uninstall a mirror display driver,
without having to reboot my computer?
